BEFORE BOOKING

NOTE: When booking you are agreeing to all policies/terms and conditions. 

YOU ARE BOOKING WITH A COSMETOLOGY STUDENT- Nail Technician Certificate(4yrs), Lash Extension Certificate and Masters Certificate(2years)
** NO FOREIGN FILLS **

I WILL NOT WORK OVER OUTSIDE WORK FOR LASH OR NAIL CLIENTS UNLESS APPROVED BEFORE BOOKING 

Lash Clients:

If you have lash extensions, cluster lashes, temp lashes etc. please book a lash removal at least 48 hours prior to your full set appointment. I can not take removals and full sets the same day, I want you to give your natural lashes time without product before applying a new set.

If you experience irritation or allergic reaction please let me know as soon as possible and I will do a complimentary removal.

Nail Clients: 

If you have any acrylic, dip, gelx product on your nails that was not initially done by me please book a soak off at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.  I can not take removals and full sets the same day, I want you to give your nails time without product before applying a full set. 

DEPOSITS

LATE POLICY 

Clients who are 10 minutes late will have a $10 Late Fee 

Clients who are 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled or a late fee will be added. This will depend on if I am still able to take you and fulfill your service. I understand things come up so please communicate with me as soon as possible. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any last minute cancellations or reschedule less than 48hrs (2 business days) your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be needed for your next appointment.

If you cancel SAME DAY as your appointment the remaining of your balance will be due prior to booking again. 

NO SHOWS will not be allowed to book in the future and deposit will be forfeited.

DO NOT wait until last minute to communicate with me if you have covid or are sick.

If you Think you have it or someone within your household has it please let me know ASAP. 

I sympathize with illness and family emergencies, however I cannot be responsible for any last minute cancellations or no shows. 

SQUEEZE IN'S 

If the days/times listed do not work with you feel free to send me a message to request what you are looking for so you can be informed when an opening becomes available.

Since I am working to accommodate you around the set times available    Squeeze In Fee will apply. 

As COVID 19/Flu/RSV cases continue please do not come to your appointment if you're feeling any symptoms. If you have come into contact with anyone who has tested positive please reschedule you appointment as soon as you can.

DO NOT book if you have a sty, pink eye, lice, feeling sick, or have been exposed to COVID unless you can confirm a negative test same day  as appointment. 

Masks are optional but can be worn at your discretion, if you would be more comfortable if I wore a mask during our service do not hesitate to ask me to do so!
